About the Role

The Company is in search of a Global Head of Asset Management Services to lead the development and delivery of high-impact, digitally enabled services for its technology licensees and customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy in asset management, reliability, integrity, and maintenance optimization services, with a focus on driving measurable operational value. This role requires a technical leader with a strong business acumen, capable of shaping offerings to address customer challenges and ensure the high-quality delivery of services that improve asset performance, reduce risk, and optimize costs. The Global Head will also be involved in P&L management, customer engagement, and team development, and must be willing to travel as needed. Applicants for the Global Head of Asset Management Services position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in reliability engineering, asset integrity, digital systems, or maintenance optimization within the energy or industrial sectors. The role demands a proven track record in business development, experience in managing P&L, and a strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and digital tools such as APM and predictive analytics. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills, and be adept at working in cross-functional and multi-cultural environments. Familiarity with process technologies, licensing models, and experience in Industry 4.0 digital accelerators are also desirable.
