RECEIVING CLERK - PART-TIME (MUST BE ABLE TO START AT 6 : 00AM)

As a part-time Receiving Clerk will oversee all deliveries to the hotel and assist the Purchasing Manager in the organization in all storage areas of the Hotel.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Receiving hotel deliveries and shipments
• Ensure paperwork is signed and processed upon receipt
• Inspect product for quality based on hotel standards
• Verify quantities based on purchase orders and invoices
• Record all invoice discrepancies and returns and report to Purchasing Manager
• Proper labeling of product upon delivery
• Proper record keeping and logging procedures
• Organization and cleanliness of all storage areas. (Receiving dock, walk ins, dry storage, guest luggage room)
• Proper stocking of all areas, including grab & go market.
• Assist in monthly inventory audits
• Assist in ordering in Purchasing Manager’s absence
• F&B admin work as needed by F&B directors
