Compensation :
$70,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Assesses patient health by interviewing patients, performing physical examinations, obtaining, updating, and studying therapy histories
- Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records
- Performs therapeutic procedures by administering manual therapy and exercises
- Instructs and counsels patients by describing therapeutic regimens; giving normal growth and development information; promoting wellness and health maintenance
- Provides continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Maintains production objectives by noting current treatment trends; monitoring actual physical therapy services rendered to production objectives
- Maintains legal and accreditation compliance by adhering to policy positions concerning federal, state, and local regulations; anticipating emerging issues
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
- Driving / Workshop Presentations / Marketing (occasionally) as needed
- Enhances physical therapy and clinics' reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Qualifications :
Experience in physical therapy, with a focus on manual therapy techniquesAbility to assess patient health through interviews and physical examinationsProven track record of documenting patient care services accurately and efficientlySkill in performing therapeutic procedures, including manual therapy and exercisesAbility to instruct and counsel patients on therapeutic regimens and wellnessExperience in developing and implementing patient management plans for continuity of careKnowledge of maintaining a safe and clean working environment in compliance with regulations and proceduresAbout Company
