  • $10k - $25k for a sign-on bonus (depending on salary)
  • Yearly retention bonus; relocation assistance available
  • Monday through Friday work schedule; light call of 1 : 3
  • Must be board certified or board eligible
  • H-1B and J-1 visas are welcome to apply (cap exempt)
  • 3-year internal medicine residency; 3-year gastroenterology fellowship
  • Option for advanced procedures
  • 1 hour from Indianapolis and Fort Wayne
