• Perform regular backups and archival of data to safeguard information.
• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies or errors in data entries.
• Utilize SAP and other relevant tools for invoice processing and data integration.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for accountability and future reference.
• Assist in verifying the accuracy of migrated data to ensure seamless operations.
• Support the team in meeting project deadlines and deliverables.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide updates and reports on data entry progress and completion.
• Proven experience in data entry and invoice processing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of data backup, archiving, and integration processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Prior experience in large-scale accounting or data migration projects.
