Head of Demand Generation – Based in San Francisco
About the Role
We’re seeking a Head of Demand Generation to design and execute a world-class pipeline creation strategy for a fast-growing SaaS organisation. This is a high-impact leadership position where you’ll own demand generation across multiple channels, driving qualified opportunities and accelerating revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead the demand generation strategy across paid media, content, events, and ABM.
- Build and manage a high-performing team focused on pipeline creation and conversion.
- Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to align campaigns with ICP and revenue goals.
- Own demand generation metrics—pipeline, CAC, ROI—and report directly to the executive team.
- Experiment with new channels and tactics to keep us ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with at least 3 years in a demand generation leadership role.Proven track record of scaling pipeline and influencing revenue growth in high-velocity environments.Deep expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).Strong analytical mindset with a creative approach to campaign execution.Experience working closely with Sales and Product teams to drive alignment and results.Why Join Us?
