This position requires 12-hour night shifts, with every other weekend commitment.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Resource Pool Registered Nurse specializing in Medical / Surgical Telemetry who will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The RN will float between multiple units as needed, working with various patient diagnoses and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Participate in unit-based activities to improve patient care processes.
