Job Title : Client Migration Support - Finance (Onsite)

Location : Riverside, RI | Pay : 22 / hr

Job Summary :

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador of our bank, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your role involves addressing customer inquiries, solving issues, facilitating smooth banking experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and operational skills, and data entry .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make 25-30 outbound calls to client a day to update on bank's projects.
  • Manually update clients information into the bank's system.
  • Field 25-30 inbound calls daily and address customer's request.

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Data Entry and Client Support / Customer Service Experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using technology and banking systems
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in products and policies
