Forklift Operator

We are seeking a dedicated forklift operator to manage inbound and outbound orders in a cooler environment. The role involves receiving and placing palleted products in cooler, freezer, or dry storage areas, case-picking outbound orders, building pallets for shipping, and using scanners for inventory tracking. This position requires effective time management to meet productivity goals, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the facility, and handling products up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store inbound orders in cooler, freezer, or dry storage.
• Case-pick outbound orders and build pallets for shipping.
• Utilize scanners to track inventory and ensure accuracy.
• Manage time efficiently to meet productivity goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Consistently move pallets of products in and out of freezer.
• Lift products at various weights up to 30 pounds.

Work Environment

Work 3rd shift from 10 : 00 pm to 6 : 30 am, Monday through Friday, with Saturdays required during peak season. The role requires adherence to GMP standards, including wearing a hair net, beard net, smocks, steel toes, and safety glasses. The job involves lifting up to 30 lbs and working in cold and freezer environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $52000.00 / yr.
