Key Responsibilities
Act as the Incident Commander during major incidents, coordinating teams for timely resolution
Own the incident management lifecycle, ensuring adherence to a single workflow and communication path
Lead post-incident reviews to document root causes and track corrective actions to completion
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Incident Management or related roles
Proven ability to lead post-incident reviews and drive corrective actions
Strong understanding of incident management frameworks for digital banking
Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and networking concepts
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
