About the Role :

The Project support analyst (Multi-Domain Sensor & C2 Systems) provides advanced technical and operational support to USAF ACC C2ISR Requirements Division to support U.S. Air Force units in the deployment, sustainment, and integration of air defense sensors, command and control (C2) systems, and tactical infrastructure. Priority is placed on operational knowledge of Point Defense, Counter-small Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-sUAS), Air Base Air Defense (ABAD), and Tactical Operations Center-Light (TOC-L) integration as a core component. The specialist will support layered defense strategies and enable responsive, networked command and control across multiple domains. This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

• C2 Architecture Gap Analysis : Conduct thorough assessments of existing and proposed C2 architectures to identify gaps in capabilities, interoperability, security, and redundancy. Develop recommendations for addressing these gaps and improving overall C2 effectiveness.
• Requirements Development & CONOPs : Serve as a technical expert and advisor in the development and documentation of requirements and Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) for :

Radar and Radio Frequency (RF) sensors for early detection and tracking.

The projected salary range for this position is $125,000- $150,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
