Claims Processor

A company is looking for a Salvage Processor to perform moderately complex claim-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintains customer connections by understanding and meeting their needs

Handles claim files and performs clerical duties including data entry and document management

Assists in training new employees and ensures compliance with quality standards

Required Qualifications

Experience in claims processing or a related field

Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently

Familiarity with document management systems

Basic knowledge of customer service principles

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
