Program Director
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Program Director to oversee a critical portfolio of integrated projects within our client's division. This role requires a blend of high-level strategic planning, effective communication, and robust governance to ensure the delivery of complex, cross-functional business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Oversight : Define the overall program strategy, roadmap, and governance structure, ensuring alignment with the organizations long-term strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, communicating program status, risks, and resource needs. Manage expectations across multiple internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Marketing, Finance).
- Program Planning & Execution : Direct and coordinate the interdependencies between various projects within the program. Ensure projects are managed by appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and delivered on time and within budget.
- Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify, assess, and manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact the overall program success or business benefit realization.
- Financial Management : Oversee the overall program budget, tracking expenditures, forecasting costs, and justifying resource allocation across constituent projects.
- Benefits Realization : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the successful realization of intended business benefits and strategic objectives.
- Leadership & Mentorship : Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to Project Managers and team leads working within the program structure.
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Skills :
Program Management Certification (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certification is highly preferred.Education :

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in Project Management, with at least 3 years managing large, complex programs or a portfolio of related projects.Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Deep expertise in various project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Strong financial acumen and experience managing large, complex budgets ($5M+).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to executive audiences.Proficiency in program and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Clarity).Ready to lead strategic initiatives that define our clients future?
