Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and customer service related to electronic medical record (EMR) applications
Support providers, end users, and patients with their technical needs
Utilize a ticketing system or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to manage support requests
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent work experience
One year of related work experience in customer service and / or information technology systems support
Prior work experience in a healthcare environment and / or EMR is preferred
Experience working with a ticketing system or CRM tool is preferred
