Senior Plan Document Writer (Self-Funded Employee Benefit Plans)

Position Summary

Under general supervision, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and amending or restating medical, dental, and vision plan documents, including Summaries of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs). You will be assigned to one of two teams :

• Renewal Group :  Primarily focused on a specific document type for renewing business.
• New Group Team :  Supports onboarding new groups, assists clients in finalizing benefit designs, and drafts initial plan documents and SBCs.

Team assignment will be determined based on your experience and organizational needs.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$18.50 - $42.35

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
