Senior Associate/Appraiser

Description:

We are seeking a driven, motivated Commercial Real Estate Appraiser capable of completing high-quality commercial real estate valuation and consulting assignments in a timely manner. Candidate must hold a Certified General License (or demonstrate significant progress towards attainment) and have at least 5 years of experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university.
• Certified General Appraiser license (or significant progress towards completion)
• MAI designation or Candidate a plus.
• Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet access
• Argus Enterprise experience required.
• Must have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage assignments while meeting deadlines.
