A company is looking for a Senior Director of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the SRE vision and strategy for banking and healthcare payment platforms

Lead and mentor a global team of SRE managers and engineers, promoting a culture of excellence

Oversee the design and maintenance of large-scale, distributed systems ensuring 24 / 7 uptime

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

15+ years of experience in technology roles

7+ years in site reliability engineering or large-scale infrastructure management

7+ years of experience in leading large, distributed SRE or DevOps teams

7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and CI / CD pipelines
