Landscape Architect

Landscape Architect (0–2 Years of Experience) Full-Time | Atlanta, GA Area An established, multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a motivated Landscape Architect with 0–2 years of experience to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about integrating Landscape Architecture with Civil Engineering and contributing to environmentally sensitive, high-quality design solutions. The firm works on a diverse range of projects—from small sites to large, multi-acre developments—offering the opportunity to develop both technical and creative skills. Key Responsibilities Develop designs for commercial landscape, irrigation, grading, drainage, and hardscape systems. Prepare estimates, bid documents, and supporting materials for landscape, irrigation, grading, drainage, and hardscape scopes. Accurately calculate quantities for area, volume, material import/export, and other related metrics. Produce submittals, as-built drawings, landscape details, and construction documentation. Prepare workflow schedules and scopes of work to support overall project planning. Conduct site analysis and assist with project budget development. Collaborate closely with Project Managers and technical staff to ensure successful project execution. Work on multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture program. 0–2 years of landscape design experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience strongly preferred). Working knowledge of Photoshop and SketchUp is a plus. Basic knowledge of Southeastern plant material and regional landscape applications. Familiarity with tree and landscape ordinances. Strong design abilities, including land planning, hardscape design, and planting design. Excellent writing and oral communication skills. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Willingness to participate in field work as needed. U.S. Citizenship required. Ability to thrive as a collaborator within a multidisciplinary team environment.
