Responsibilities : Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customersPresent and sell new and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles with enthusiasm and expertiseProvide customers with vehicle features and options to assist in the purchasing decisionStay informed about current and upcoming Mercedes-Benz models, technologies, and promotionsWork closely with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales goalsFollow up with leads, appointments, and customer inquiriesGuide customers through the entire sales process, from the initial consultation to delivery

Qualifications : Previous sales experience in the automotive industry preferred (but not required)Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsMust be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by successA professional appearance and positive attitudeA passion for providing outstanding customer serviceAbility to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's license with a clean driving record
