A company is looking for a Service Desk Tech 1 to provide customer support and assist with IT operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide outstanding customer service to internal employees
Process support request tickets and meet target SLA's within the service desk
Collaborate with IT leadership and support teams to design solutions for technical issues
Required Qualifications :
Relevant associate degree or 2+ years of experience in a related field
Basic understanding of Windows Operating systems and Microsoft O365 applications
Basic network troubleshooting skills and understanding of TCP / IP addressing
Ability to pass Level 2 Background Screening
Must have a passion for customer service and problem-solving
