ABM is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter, Skilled Trades to join our dynamic team and assist in attracting and retaining top talent to support our growing business in the Western U.S.!
This is a Hybrid Work Arrangement (in-office Mon-Thu) located at 7420 South Kyrene Road, Suite 115, Tempe, AZ 85283.
As an ABM Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional professionals primarily in the commercial skilled trades field. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment life cycle. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring our organization is staffed with the right individuals who can contribute to our success.
