Work Model : This is a 100% on-site role at our Carmel office, Monday through Friday.

About the team and position :

Carvana’s Marketplace team is at the heart of our mission to change the way people buy cars. We are responsible for business-to-business systems and software that empower ADESA auto auctions to produce, list, and sell effectively.

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join us in creating innovative solutions for our customers and internal users. This role involves managing the customer experience on our new digital auction website, along with creating secure and robust systems for our 1200+ internal auction employees. This is accomplished through building highly available, distributed, and reliable services.

As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our marketplace applications and contribute directly to our company's success. Our team consists of highly competent, driven engineers located across the East Coast and Central regions.
