A Day in the Life...

As a Tax Professional with H&R Block, you'll benefit from an expert team's support, providing you with comprehensive tax training essential for your success. You will enjoy the flexibility and extra earning potential, allowing you to live life on your terms.

  • Conduct tax interviews with clients in-person and through virtual platforms.
  • Prepare accurate and complete tax returns.
  • Drive business growth, enhance client retention, and promote additional products and services.
  • Assist clients with IRS inquiries.
  • Collaborate with your team to support office goals.
  • Continuously develop your tax knowledge and expertise.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Experience in customer service or retail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
  • Willingness to work 25-35 hours weekly during tax season, escalating to 40 hours during peak periods.

    • Your Skills :

  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or the Income Tax Course.
  • Experience in fast-paced work environments.
  • Proficiency in using virtual tools such as video, phone, and chat.
  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and through various electronic formats.
  • Compliance with IRS and state requirements is essential.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
