Documentation Specialist

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for shipment verification process from tally receipt until Bill of Lading has been issued. Maintains successive customer contact to expedite cargo movement from clear to load status, ensuring appropriate export documents have been received and verified. Coordinates documentation process from the time cargo is physically received from the shipper, until cargo is available to Operations for loading in a container.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: Two years experience in office/clerical operations.
LICENSE: Valid Local Driver's License.
