• Estimated annual base pay : $68,000(minimum) - $85,000(midpoint) - $102,000(maximum)

All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

The Talent Development Specialist role is responsible for executing and continuously improving the performance management process across Woodward, partnering to create and implement leadership development programs, and assisting in implementing Talent Review processes.
