What Youll Do

  • Run in-home sales appointments with qualified homeowners (no cold calls)
  • Use our proven 5-step sales process to present solutions
  • Close deals effectively (40%+ close rate when system is followed)
  • Report results immediately after each sit

  • Experience in home improvement or other high-ticket one-call close sales
  • Track record of $1M+ annual sales preferred
  • Goal-driven, resilient, thrives in a performance culture
  • Strong ability to connect through questions and listening
