Supervisor, Customization (Sewing)

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years' experience in a customization or distribution environment is preferred.
• One (1) or more years of supervisory / leadership experience required.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite : Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• Strong communication skills (oral, written - fluent in English), strong interpersonal skills, and strong basic math skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
• High attention to detail and quality, and able to flourish in a fast- paced environment.
• Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others in a positive manner.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work overtime and / or weekends if needed.
