[job_card.job_description]Design and solve real-world recreation and community service scenarios to test AI reasoning. Write clear, structured explanations covering program design, facility operations, budgeting, and event coordination. Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, inclusivity, and alignment with public service standards. Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of municipal recreation workflows and community engagement practices. 4+ years of experience as a recreation worker or supervisor in government, municipal parks, or public recreation programs. Background in Recreation Management, Public Administration, Parks & Leisure, or a related field is preferred. Comfortable using web-based tools for data review and annotation. Strong English communication and reasoning skills. Ability to describe program operations and community engagement processes clearly and effectively. Strong compensation (exact amount varies by project). Work in a fully remote environment. Engagement type : Contractor assignment / freelancer, potentially full-time. Duration of projects : approximately 1 month (with possibility for extension). Confidential or proprietary information from any employer, university, etc. Trade secrets or internal company or university data. Specific client information or case details. Any information that would violate NDAs, employment agreements or other confidentiality obligations.
Turing is looking for candidates with strong experience in recreation management, public programs, or municipal parks and recreation services.

- No prior AI experience is required.
- These projects will help you explore how AI can be leveraged to improve community programming, public engagement, and operational efficiency in government recreation services.
