A growing financial company in Philadelphia is looking to hire a Business System Analyst to focus on some upcoming projects. In this role, you will be assisting in a major roll out of Microsoft Dynamics 365. They are looking for someone who has strong CRM support experience and has worked closely with Infrastructure team on projects. You will be doing heavy project based work and supporting and maintain the applications that are implemented.

In this role, you will be working closely with C Level executives so they need someone who is confident and comfortable presenting information and creating strategic plans. This is a dynamic environment so they are looking for someone who has the tech skills and is up for a challenge.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong CRM or ERP Support Experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong Documentation Skills

Infrastructure Knowledge

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of Data Structures
  • Project Management Exposure
  • PowerBI or PowerApps Exposure
  • Salesforce Exposure
  • Oracle Knowledge

    • Bachelors Degree or Technical Certifications
