AP Coordinator

Compensation

  • $25 / hr+
  • Will consider higher pay for a strong fit

    • What You'll Be Doing

  • Processing AP, reconciling vendor tickets, and handling fuel bill invoices
  • Preparing daily production reports and supporting month-end close
  • Filing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns across multiple states
  • Overseeing fleet regulatory filings (IRP, IFTA, UCR, MCS-150, tag renewals)
  • Managing business licenses, 2290 filings, and insurance renewals
  • Supporting audits, assembling financial books, and posting journal entries
  • Assisting with administrative needs such as mail, phones, and general office tasks

    • What You'll Need to be Considered

  • ERP experience, with JD Edwards strongly preferred
  • Construction industry background
  • Comfort with direct communication and urgency-driven culture
  • Notary Public certification
  • Strong Excel proficiency
