Responsibilities of Quality Safety Manager
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Organize and conduct safety training programs for team members promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the inspection and audits of products to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Address customer complaints and non-conformance by identifying root cause and implementing corrective actions.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, responsible for all other tasks as assigned.
