What You'll Do

Own the guest experience : Greet fast, qualify needs, and guide customers through a transparent, professional process.

Work the funnel : Handle web leads, phone calls, texts, and walk-ins with speed and precision; confirm and show appointments.

Present with confidence : Product walk-arounds, test drives, feature / benefit tie-downs, and clear numbers presentation.

Close & follow up : Overcome objections, partner with management to finalize deals, and execute a 24-hour post-delivery follow-up.

Merchandise the floor : Keep displays, signage, and vehicles showroom-ready and on-brand.

Promote offers : Introduce current promotions, accessories, warranties, and service options; cross-sell to increase ticket.

Run the CRM : Log every touch, every time-appointments, notes, next actions-zero gaps.

What You Bring

High school diploma or Associate's degree.

Retail or dealership sales experience preferred (experienced automotive sales pros encouraged to apply).

Professional communication-on the phone, in person, and on camera (short videos / social content a plus).

Comfortable with basic math, DMS / CRM tools, and learning new systems quickly.

Positive attitude, polished appearance, and the drive to win in a fast pace.

Able to stand / walk for extended periods; valid driver's license.
