Job Summary

The Orthoptist analyzes and treats patients with dysfunctions of binocularity and / or ocular motility. Examines patients to diagnose and treat abnormal eye motor movements, partial vision, and determination of presence of fusion. Responsible for patient triage, patient care communications between visits, and working directly with the clinical teams. Also responsible for patients in the absence of the ophthalmologist. Role includes opportunity to participate in department research.

Pay Range

Minimum $39.49 Midpoint $52.33 Maximum $65.16

Candidate selected must be willing and able to travel to Orange and Mission Viejo clinic locations. Mileage reimbursement program available as applicable.

Work Environments - Functional Demand :
