Jennie Joiner with The Forum Group PWN is working with a growing food manufacturing organization in Eugene, OR adding to its People Operations team. Our client is seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Professional (title dependent on experience). This role will serve as a strong #2 to the Senior Manager of People Operations and will play a key role during an exciting period of leadership growth and organizational change.

What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with the Senior Manager of People Operations to support day-to-day HR operations
- Manage employee relations including corrective actions, investigations, and policy interpretation
- Provide guidance on leaves of absence (FMLA, state leaves, accommodations, etc.)
- Support leaders with fair, consistent, and compliant decision-making
- Help drive and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees across multiple shifts
- Embrace and support organizational change and evolving leadership structures
Note : Payroll is handled by a dedicated payroll team member; this role does not process payroll.
Work Environment & Schedule
