Mission Recruiting is working with a respected Fairfield County firm seeking to add an attorney who likes being the steady hand at the closing table and a practical, deal-focused advisor on business transactions. This is a fully onsite position for someone who values mentorship, efficiency, and clear communication.

You will focus on

• Purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and closings
• Entity formation, governance, compliance counseling
• Operating agreements, shareholder agreements, asset deals
• Diligence, negotiation, and client-facing problem-solving
  

What you bring

• Clear writing and confident negotiation
• Comfort owning tasks and asking smart questions
• Connecticut transactional familiarity (or a clear path to waive in)
  

Compensation:

• $105,000 to $135,000 base
• Bonus potential up to $20,000 plus origination bonus
• Solid benefits package and paid time off
