Role : QA Analyst

Location : Tallahassee, FL (Hybrid)

Duration : 12+ Months

Overview :

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis. If you have a passion for ensuring exceptional user experiences and possess strong analytical skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software applications.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop comprehensive testing strategies.
  • Perform manual and automated testing as needed.
  • Conduct regression testing to validate software performance and functionality.
  • Analyze test results and provide meaningful feedback to development teams.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in software quality assurance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a QA Analyst role.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
