Heavy Truck Driver

SPU is seeking an experienced Heavy Truck Driver in the Water Operations and System Maintenance Branch. The successful candidate will operate dump truck and tilt-deck trailer combos or three-axle trucks to haul materials or equipment to assigned destinations within the Greater Seattle area. This position will report to Water Crew Chief.

The locations for these positions will be North Operations Center (1318 N 128th St, Seattle) and / or the Operations Control Center (2700 Airport Way S, Seattle).

Your application will be rejected as incomplete if you do not include your Full Driving Abstract.

If you are a driver, licensed in Washington State, the Department of Licensing (DOL) has several types of driving records available. The record you must submit is titled 'Full' driving record.

We will only accept a 'Full' driving record. An 'Employment or Assessment' driver record will not be accepted.

If you are licensed in a different state, you must submit the equivalent to Washington's 'Full' driving record.

Workplace Environment : Employees will be required to come into the office five days a week. Individual schedules will be agreed upon by the employee and their supervisor.

The full salary range for this position is $40.89 - $42.55 per hour
