Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Expedia Travel Agency. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, resolve complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and is able to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emailsIdentify the reason for the customers call, collect relevant information, and provide solutionsUse best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customersDocument all customer interactionsMeet personal and team quotasAttend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledgeQualifications
High school diploma / GEDPrevious experience as a Customer Service Representative, Travel agency, or in a similar role is preferredComfortable using computers and customer management softwareExcellent phone and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of active listening techniquesAbility to work well under pressureHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectivelyFlexible work from home options available.
