The noise level in the work environment varies from light to moderate.

Job Overview
Responsible for table reservations, answering the phone, and seating guests efficiently and properly while exuding hospitality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greets the guests as they arrive and informs them of ongoing specials or promotions.
- Ability to explain table minimums and requirements to reserve a VIP table.
- Well-versed in SEVENROOMS reservation system.
- Escort guests to their tables, walking slowly in front of them.
- Thanking guests as they leave and inviting them back.
- Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
- Be advised of any ongoing events, cocktails, and other specials as well as general knowledge of the Carousel Club brand and operational standards to answer guest inquiries to the best of their ability.
- Be flexible with the work schedule : 10-hour shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and working hours until 3 am.
- Follow the directives of all department SOPs and policies regarding uniforms, communication, and work duties.
- Provides excellent customer service to guests, fellow staff members, etc.
- Responsible for carrying out all duties with safety as a priority.
- Keep the Hostess station clean and neat.
- Sell Merchandise, Cigars, Hookahs, etc., using the POS system.
