Required Technical Skills and Experience
Technical competence is essential not for coding, but for translating technical challenges into quantifiable business outcomes for C-level buyers.
Strategic Solution Competence : The ability to articulate the business value and competitive advantage of Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Cloud (GCP) solutions to C-level executives.
Qualification Framework Expertise : Proven, hands-on experience utilizing the MEDDIC methodology for sales qualification and accurate revenue forecasting.
CRM and Pipeline Discipline : Meticulous maintenance of pipeline data within the CRM (Salesforce preferably), ensuring that all deal stages are backed by verified buyer evidence.
Competitive Intelligence : Proficiency in utilizing competitive analysis and internal battle cards to differentiate Oredatas Services against competing solutions or internal customer initiatives.
Required Soft Skills and Behavioral Traits
Consultative Selling Mastery : Exceptional ability to conduct comprehensive discovery (leveraging SPIN techniques) to identify and amplify the customer's core business pain points.
Executive Presence : Confidence and credibility to engage with and challenge senior executives (CFOs, CTOs) to drive high-impact, strategic decisions.
Goal Orientation : Innate drive, optimism, and resilience required to navigate long B2B sales cycles and consistently achieve new logo revenue quotas.
Team Collaboration : Proven ability to work seamlessly with BDRs (for pipeline quality) and CSMs (for post-sale value realization).
