Business Strategy Senior Associate

We're seeking a thoughtful and driven Business Strategy team member to join our growing team. This role is designed for professionals completing their MBA who have 24 years of pre-MBA professional experience and are now seeking to apply their skills in strategy, planning, and overall business transformation for leading brands.
You'll collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Media, Analytics, and Tech teams at PMG to deliver impactful solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Structure complex problems into clear, actionable solutions
- Lead and support strategic, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple customers
- Translate customer business priorities into structured recommendations and plans that influence decision-making and lead to flawless execution
- Partner with Finance, Corporate Development, and People teams to align initiatives
- Drive process innovation, building scalable playbooks and best practices
- Distill large sets of information into clear insights and recommendations
- Build relationships across PMG teams, navigating ambiguity with confidence
