Requirements

As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our expansion under the additional mentorship of Steven Koleno through our "Agent Without Borders" initiative.

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson.
• Opportunities for Newly licensed or inexperienced agents as well.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

COMPENSATION NOTICE : We want to inform you that the Real Estate Agent position you are being offered is as an independent contractor (1099), not an employee, and your compensation will be based on a contract agreement, which is subject to change based on your performance and meeting contractual requirements. The estimated salary serves as a guideline, but the actual amount you earn will depend on factors specified in your contract.
