Position Highlights :

Full-scope family medicine - from pediatrics to geriatrics

Manage chronic conditions, acute care, wellness visits & screenings

Partner with an experienced APP and RN triage for after-hours calls

Light call rotation with excellent work-life balance

Option to teach medical students & NP / PA students

Hybrid roles and leadership opportunities available

Hospital-affiliated system with physician-led governance

Compensation & Perks :

$250K-$260K base salary (DOE)

$75,000 sign-on bonus - paid in full with first paycheck

$25,000 retention bonus at start of Year 2

Productivity incentives available Day 1

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible

Requirements :

Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual BC in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics

Active NY license (or willing to obtain)

Minimum 1 year of primary care experience

Clean malpractice & licensing history ( required )

BLS / ACLS, DEA required
