A company is looking for a Learning Strategist (Remote - NC).
Key Responsibilities
Defines learning or talent strategic plans for business units, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
Develops and oversees tailored talent solutions, evaluating effectiveness and recommending adjustments as needed
Builds productive relationships with leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to enhance business performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Learning & Talent Development or Human Resources, or High School Diploma / GED with 10 years of experience
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
Financial Services experience is preferred
Demonstrated success in partnering with executives to implement strategic talent solutions
Strong understanding of skills-focused talent practices and industry principles
