The Bower plaza in the Fenway is home to three concepts from ES Hospitality – Eastern Standard , reopened after 15 years in Kenmore Square, Equal Measure , a craft cocktail bar, and Standard Italian , a modern Italian restaurant. These concepts, helmed by Garrett Harker , serve brunch, lunch, dinner, and late-night drinks to neighborhood visitors, BU students and faculty, residents, and restaurant industry professionals alike.
Overview of the Position :
The Food & Beverage Manager is a dynamic, multi-concept role. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Beverage Director and Wine Director in the development and management of the wine and cocktail programs across Eastern Standard, Standard Italian and Equal Measure. The F&B Manager will also work closely with the Assistant General Manager on the day-to-day management and operation of Eastern Standard and the ES Hospitality private dining program. This is a role for a candidate who possesses a strong foundation in wine and spirits and is excited to continue to learn and grow professionally working alongside talented food and beverage colleagues in a legacy restaurant with a multi-daypart, multi-venue layout.
Pay range : 76,000 – 85,000 / year + bonus opportunity
