Groundskeeper (Bay Vista)

divh2Groundskeeper / h2pWinnCompanies is looking for a Groundskeeper to join our team at Bay Vista, a 33-unit housing community located in Alameda, California. / ppIn this role you will perform landscaping functions to ensure the appearance and physical condition of the property is maintained to ownership and management expectations. The pay range for this role is $17.46 $19.18 per hour dependent on experience. / ph3Responsibilities : / h3ulliMaintain grounds by planting, fertilizing, and watering flowers; edging and weeding flower beds; installing mulch; and pruning shrubs. Performs preventive maintenance on grounds equipment such as trimmers, edgers, and lawn mowers. / liliWater the grass and flowers by moving hoses around the property, according to the property water plan.
