Bulk Merchandiser - South Market

Primary Function :

The Bulk Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring Coca-Cola products are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed in retail accounts throughout the South Market. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality, visibility, and customer satisfaction while supporting route delivery operations.

Market Assignment :

This position serves the South Market , which encompasses, but is not limited to, Sanford , Pittsboro, and Chapel Hill .

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Learn and effectively use company ordering systems and handheld equipment to manage product inventory and orders.
• Maintain well-stocked, clean, and organized product displays in all assigned retail accounts - including shelves, coolers, fast lanes, and promotional areas.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness and remove out-of-date items according to company standards.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel, delivering superior customer service in every interaction.
• Arrange and merchandise products according to company guidelines to maximize visibility and sales impact.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in customer backrooms, including product storage and inventory areas.
• Ensure the accurate accounting of all product, cash, and company assets daily.
• Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
• Utilize a personal vehicle for travel between assigned retail accounts in the South Market.
• Maintain active North Carolina driver's license, registration, and insurance at all times as a condition of employment.
• Perform additional duties or special assignments as directed by management.
