Job Description

A facility in  West  Texas   is seeking a full-time, permanent  Physical Therapist  to join their team! Open to new graduates – training provided!

Starting Pay : $41.00+ / hour

  • Experience factors into pay scale

$5,000 Retention Bonus + $2,500 Relocation Assistance!

Physical Therapist Opportunity :

  • Full-time, permanent opportunity
  • Student Loan Repayment Assistance up to $40,000
  • Flexible day schedule : choose between (5) 8-hour shifts or (4) 10-hour shifts
  • Inpatient and Outpatient settings available
  • Supportive and experienced therapy leadership and administration team

    • Physical Therapist Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with physicians to design effective therapy plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs
  • Encourage and support patients through customized exercises and the safe use of mobility aids and prosthetic devices
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress
  • Adjust therapy strategies as needed to promote the best possible recovery and independence

    • Physical Therapist Qualifications :

  • Accredited Physical Therapy degree required
  • Active or eligible Texas PT license
  • Additional certifications (Lymphedema, Neurology, Pelvic Health) are a plus
  • Open to new grads with training support available
