Weekly pay starts from $35-$40 per hour!

Our LPNs focus on monitoring the personal care and skilled nursing services provided by our direct care staff, coordinating clinical services, and ensuring quality of care.

Duties :

As a LPN, you will work 1 : 1 with an individual in their home and support them with the following :

• Adhere to the outlined care plan
• Document tasks, observations and evaluate outcomes
• Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
• Receive clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN
• Assist with other duties as needed
