Provide guidance and prepare accurate tax-related forms for clients, including multi-year and multi-state returns. Conduct face-to-face tax interviews. Ensure tax return accuracy and compliance with regulations. Support clients through IRS audits. Engage in marketing and business growth initiatives. Respond to client inquiries and assist with future tax planning. Collaborate with your team to achieve office goals. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in fast-paced environments. Basic math and computer skills. Sales or marketing experience is a plus. Background in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping is beneficial. No formal education required; willingness to learn is vital!
